Common questions about Pixo, and how to reach us.
How does Pixo work?
You add small rituals to your day, like coffee, reading or stretching. When it’s time, Pixo keeps you company in a little scene and earns a nut when you finish. Alerts are silent: no sound, no vibration.
I don’t get an alert when a ritual starts
Check that notifications for Pixo are allowed in iPhone Settings, and that Settings → Let me know when a ritual starts is on in the app.
How do I add Pixo to my Home Screen or StandBy?
Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, and choose Pixo. The in-app guide at Settings → Keep Pixo by your side shows the steps.
What does Pixo Plus include?
Unlimited rituals, frame and StandBy mode, and Pixo going out every day. The free version keeps up to 3 rituals on at a time. Plus is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pixo, or open the link below. After you cancel, Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I restore my purchase?
In the app, tap Settings → Restore purchases. It also works on a new iPhone with the same Apple Account.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. You can request a refund on Apple’s Report a Problem page.
Where is my data?
Your rituals and settings stay on your device. You can turn off pseudonymous usage data at any time in Settings → Share usage data.
